Granulation, extrusion, printing, slitting and rewinding sit on one 50,000 m² sealed campus. We compound our own calcium carbonate and polyethylene pellets on 3 granulation lines with weight loss scales accurate to 0.5 percent, so a repeat order runs on the same formulation as the trial.
Our film and printed nonwoven run on hygiene converting lines across Asia, the Middle East, South America, Eastern Europe and Africa. We supply direct to brand owners and private label groups, with full export documentation, batch test reports and packing lists issued as standard.

A diaper is built from six functional layers. Xinqi Hygiene supplies the printed waistband, the breathable backsheet and the barrier film in three of them, then laminates and prints the wrapper that carries the finished pack.
The skin-facing layer of an absorbent product. It is normally sourced from a dedicated nonwoven mill, and Xinqi prints or laminates onto it rather than extruding it in house.

Lab instruments run six checks — grammage, water vapour transmission, hydrostatic head, tensile strength, thickness and surface appearance — on every roll before it reaches the slitter. Each batch carries a resin-lot code an SGS or BV inspector can trace from your container back to the polyethylene pellet delivery. And if a claim does arise after goods arrive, our QA team responds with a written corrective action plan — not an apology, a fix.
Granulation, extrusion, corona treatment, flexographic and gravure printing, 13 slitting lines and 12 high-speed rewinders all sit behind the same cleanroom wall. Nothing is subcontracted, so batch traceability runs from resin lot to shipping carton without a gap.
